Inbal Kol is a doctoral fellow at the Art History department of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Her research interest focuses on contemporary art and the philosophy of art. Her research interests include reception theories studies, visual culture studies, race and gender studies and the connections between religion and culture. Her PhD focuses on the interaction between the ways in which we view and write about early Islamic art and how those have been affected on visual aspects of contemporary Islamic Art.
